The data collected will be processed according to the data protection policy outlined in the general terms and conditions for access and use of SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN.<\/p><p>2.- The submission of the order request by the Customer implies the express knowledge and acceptance of these sales conditions as part of the contract.<\/p><p>3.- The data registered by SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN constitutes proof of the transactions made between SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN and its customers during the purchase process.<\/p><p>4.- After the order is placed by the Customer, SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN will send the order confirmation and acceptance as soon as possible.<\/p><p>5.- The sending of acceptance by the Customer will constitute the completion of the sales contract between that User and SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>III.- PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD<\/strong><\/p><p>1.- All prices of our products are indicated in euros (\u20ac) and correspond to the price per unit, including the VAT applicable at the time of purchase.<\/p><p>2.- Payment for the price is made once the order is confirmed through the payment gateway or TPV included on the website.<\/p><p>3.- If the payment gateway or TPV reports the denial of the card, the order will be automatically canceled, and the Customer will be informed of the cancellation on the website.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>IV.- PRODUCT AVAILABILITY<\/strong><\/p><p>1.- SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN will always aim to deliver the order in the shortest possible time, but the agreed delivery dates are estimated and therefore will not affect the nature of this contract.<\/p><p>2.- If any product is unavailable at the time of the order, SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN will obtain it in the shortest time possible.<\/p><p>3.- The Customer will be informed of any potential delay in the shipment and the new expected delivery timeframe, keeping them always informed.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>V. SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES<\/strong><\/p><p>1.- Shipping costs include transport, insurance, and customs clearance at the origin. For deliveries to the Canary Islands or countries outside the European Union, customs duties and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; the recipient will be required to pay them in cash to receive the goods. Shipping costs will vary based on weight and destination:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Up to 1 kg:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>National: 4.50\u20ac<\/li><li>Balearic Islands: 9.38\u20ac<\/li><li>Canary Islands: 12.95\u20ac<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; Customs clearance at origin: 24\u20ac\/shipment.<\/p><p>&#8211; Customs clearance at destination: the recipient will be responsible for customs clearance and import taxes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Up to 5 kg:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>National: 5.60\u20ac<\/li><li>Balearic Islands: 14.10\u20ac<\/li><li>Canary Islands: 20.57\u20ac<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; Customs clearance at origin: 24\u20ac\/shipment.<\/p><p>&#8211; Customs clearance at destination: the recipient will be responsible for customs clearance and import taxes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Additional kg + 5 kg:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>National: 0.40\u20ac\/kg<\/li><li>Balearic Islands: 0.82\u20ac\/kg<\/li><li>Canary Islands: 3.42\u20ac\/kg<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>&#8211; Customs clearance at origin: 24\u20ac\/shipment.<\/p><p>&#8211; Customs clearance at destination: the recipient will be responsible for customs clearance and import taxes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>International shipments to Europe and the USA:<\/strong><\/p><p>These shipments will be billed according to the attached tariff based on the destination country and its weight.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>2.- The order will be delivered by courier to the address provided by the Customer in the order, within the shortest possible timeframe (48-72 hours for national deliveries), except in cases of product unavailability. In these cases, the Customer will be informed of the situation and the new expected shipping timeframe.<\/p><p>3.- If the order includes multiple products, a single shipment will be made when all the requested products are available, unless the Customer expressly requests otherwise.<\/p><p>4.- While efforts will be made to ship the order as quickly as possible, the recipient must take into account the import regulations of the destination country for the requested items, as SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN is not responsible for these regulations. SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN will not be held responsible for the effects caused by strikes, military conflicts, or other circumstances beyond its control.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>VI.- RETURN POLICY<\/strong><\/p><p>1.- If the Customer is not satisfied or there has been an error in the order, they have 30 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund from SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN. After this period, returns will not be accepted.<\/p><p>2.- To make a return as outlined in the previous point, it is essential that both the product and its packaging are in perfect condition. SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet this condition.<\/p><p>3.- In the case mentioned in point 1 of this article, SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN will refund the purchase amount, except for shipping costs, which will be borne by the Customer.<\/p><p>4.- If the order arrives in less-than-perfect condition for use or if there was an error on the part of SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN, the Customer has the right to request that the order be resent at no additional cost or to request a full refund of the purchase amount, including shipping costs, once the product has been returned to SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN and the issue has been verified.<\/p><p>5.- If the order has been damaged during transport, the Customer must notify SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN will replace the damaged goods at no additional cost to the Customer.<\/p><p>6.- If the Customer wishes to make an exchange for another product, they must contact SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN via email at <a href=\"mailto:shop@madrid-open.com\"><u>shop@madrid-open.com<\/u><\/a>.<\/p><p>7.- The Customer must always notify SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN at their email address <a href=\"mailto:shop@madrid-open.com\"><u>shop@madrid-open.com<\/u><\/a>of the return request, providing the following information:<\/p><ul><li>Username, order number, date, and email address used for the purchase.<\/li><li>Products purchased, including their price.<\/li><li>Reason for the return.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>After reviewing the return request, SHOP MUTUA MADRID OPEN will send the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.
